We are now offering remote helpdesk services to all our clients and welcome any new clients that would like to try out this support service. We are able to deal with the vast majority of issues (approx. 80%) that would normally require an on site visit. All that’s required is that the computer needs to be able to connect to the Internet, a support appointment time and your presence to initiate the support session.
We are using the Remote HelpDesk application provided by GID Software, chosen for it’s ability to successfully bypass firewall, anti-virus and other blocking technologies and that it leaves no footprint (no registry changes, installed software, etc.) on your computer once the session is over.
